Food and eating can be religion to some. There are so many different 'ways' to eat and so many diets to follow. What will Sarah talk about in session. Sarah does not follow diet rules or patterns of eating. Following someone else's rules about how you should eat will take away your birth right of eating when hungry and stopping when full.
There is no need for calorie counting or points, there won't be rules that are dripping in shame such as "You should never eat...". There won't be any rules that are disguising diets such as "That food is so bad for you."
